CK42D CNC Lathe 
Features: 1. The integrated base and bed is casted through resin mold，which has undergone a strict aging treatment, so high accuracy and rigidity are ensured. 2. 30° slant carriage guide ways ensure high rigidity during turning operation. 3. The precision cartridge type spindle is equipped with a high speed hydraulic rotating cylinder and a precision collet chuck. The spindle rotates maximum 5000r/min. 4.The widened precision linear guideways improve the total rigidity of machine. Turning roughness is up to Ra0.8~0.4. 5.Precision ball screw is located between guide ways; side torque is eliminated. Bearings especially for screws are used and smooth transmission is ensured. 6.Feed screw in longitudinal and cross direction are directly connected with AC servo motors through zero clearance shaft coupling. High accuracy is ensured in transmission. 7. The tool block has a widened T-shaped button plate so it can hold more tools, can realized the 8-station hydraulic tool tower and comb tool seat mixed equipment together. It insure easy setting, quick and precise tool change and maximum repeatability. 8.The lubrication system is high performance centralized intermittent lubricator which lubricates guideways and screw ,ensure that the machine is keep in a good lubrication condition. 9. The NC controller has color display and USB port, so data transfer is simple. 10. The external electric cabinet is easy the service, the separate rear mounted tank and ship box ensure fluent ship disposal and easy chip removal. 11. The machine is joint driven mechanically, electrically and pneumatically, famous brand pneumatically and electric elements used on lathe operate. 12.
